Depending on where you are some options may be easier or cheaper.

1) You can send the deposit/payment to The Netherlands (normally free transfer from within EU)
2) Send it to the USA account

The total cost per person is EU1250
If paid in full before the end of April it's EU1150 (if booking really late there may be additional cost)

Some notes:

- When making transfer please indicate that all the costs will be born by the sender (execpt for a free transfer within the EU where the cost should be indicated as shared). If fees are subtracted from the tour payment, I will ask you to reimburse me when the tour starts.

- The EU 350 deposit is non-refundable. The maximum number of participants is 11 the minimum is 6.

- If you choose to bring the balance in cash please bring US$s or EUs.

- If you don't want to carry that much money in cash just transfer it to my account and make sure it arrives before the end of June. This is actually what most people have done in recent years: just make one transfer and pay in full.

- Telegraphic transfer can be costly, so check with me if there are others in your area joining and you can all transfer the funds together. As I said most people just pay for the whole amount as a lump sum. All the transfer costs will be born by the sender. Within Europe transfers are free if the "share cost" option is used.

- If it happens that the tour is cancelled after you have made your deposits, a full refund minus bank charges will be given. In other words, whatever is received, including deposit, will be send back. This means that I am not keeping anything, but that what you receive may have transfer costs deducted twice. Unless it's within the EU where it's free :-)
